1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI “On Personal Data Protection” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by Herchak Taras Ihorovych (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

The Operator considers compliance with human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family confidentiality, to be its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities.

This Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://gerchak.com.ua/.

2. Key Terms Used in the Policy

Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology;

Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of personal data processing (except where processing is required to clarify personal data);

Website — a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at https://gerchak.com.ua/;

Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;

Operator — a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual who independently or jointly with others organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions performed with personal data;

Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://gerchak.com.ua/;

User — any visitor to the website https://gerchak.com.ua/;

Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons or making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publication in mass media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access by any other means;

Destruction of personal data — any actions as a result of which personal data are irreversibly destroyed with no possibility of further restoration in the personal data information system and/or physical media.

3. Personal Data Processed by the Operator

The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

  • Full name;

  • Email address;

  • Phone numbers.

The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including “cookies”) using Internet analytics services (Google Analytics and others).

All the above data are collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to discuss project details, calculate the budget, and conclude a contract for website development.

The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may unsubscribe from such notifications at any time by sending an email to gerchak@gmail.comwith the subject line “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products and services and special offers”.

Anonymized user data collected through analytics services are used to gather information about user behavior on the website and to improve the quality and content of the website.

5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

By filling out the relevant forms and/or submitting personal data, the User agrees to this Policy.

The Operator processes anonymized data if this is allowed by the User’s browser settings (cookies enabled and JavaScript technology enabled).

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with applicable personal data protection legislation.

The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access.

The User’s personal data will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.

If inaccuracies in personal data are detected, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to gerchak@gmail.com with the subject line “Personal data update”.

The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to gerchak@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

7. Final Provisions

The User may receive any clarifications regarding the processing of personal data by contacting the Operator via email at gerchak@gmail.com.

Any changes to this Personal Data Processing Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
