Exchanges and Returns

According to the legislation of Ukraine, food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
Exchanges or returns are possible in the following cases:

the product has a manufacturing defect;

the product was damaged during transportation;

the order was packed incorrectly.
If you notice any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the product and its packaging. We will carefully review your request and offer the best solution — a product exchange or a refund.
